The changing times: Did Marende save the Grand coalition or just postpone the grand collusion

you remember the tv (ktn) show -
'who is smarter now?'.
this is the game the 'grand collusion' has been engaged in since day 1 of their unholy union.
odm was too trusting - a trait common with well meaning entities.
this resulted in the short changing of odm in the power sharing deal. during the kofi anan negos, the pnu side was always a step ahead of the odm in terms of 'who gets the bigger share of the potato' having people well versed with stately power.
when odm is given the local govt portfolio, pnu takes up the so called metropolitan ministry.
the catch? the pending bill on metropolitan min will transfer the city council (a grade milk cow) from local gov to metropolitan!
it is a battle of and for supremacy between the titans (with one divide having a dwarf - who is used as their buffer zone).
now odm has just woken up from the slumber and it is a good sign for the country as they have 'learnt the ropes'.
since marende, pnu shall nolonger claim sole smartness :)
